Cooking & football

First day I've had to catch some football. So many games to watch and the temp dropped here in central Texas, so time to grill.

I grilled up some wings, finished half with franks hot and half with franks sweet chili, they disappeared.

I also picked up some kalbi-style short ribs and marinated all day in a mixture of stuff - gochujang, soy, rice vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, red pepper, sliced jalapeño, etc.  First time cooking these ribs, with the generous marbling, I went hot and fast at approx 500 flipping often knowing they wouldn't dry out.  Wow.  I need to buy these again.  Amazing.  Would love to use these for tacos.
