Pizza Party...Four Pizzas

Had guests over and cooked four different pizzas. Cooked about 475-500 dome, IR thermometer said 550 stone when I started. Dough for all was same day straight dough from Flour Water Salt Yeast. 

Pizza 1: home made red sauce, mozzarella, three cheese Italian cheese mix, pepperoni 


Pizza 2: olive oil, garlic, arugula, prosciutto. 


Pizza 3: Margaretta + pepperoni (home made red sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil)


Pizza 4: olive oil, garlic, three cheese Italian mix, arugula, prosciutto, fresh tomatoes
