First time doing them with a toasted/buttered brioche bun. Definitely a game changer!
Double cheese is a must too!

Man those look great. I will definitely have to look out for some brioche buns. Did you make them or buy them?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

They look tasty. I like my steak medium rare to medium, but a burger has to be dead for me to eat it. To each their own I s'pose.MMBGE / Large BGE / XL BGE (Craigslist Find) / SF30x80 cabinet trailer - "Ol' Mortimer" / Outdoor kitchen in progress.

I can't do pink burgers......with the pathogens that are in basically all ground beef being so prolific; I will always go on the safer side....160 being the minimum and even then, I give them a little more to make certain. However, certain ground beef, such as very lean may still be pink once temp has been achieved. Maybe if I ground my own beef still, I could try pink...but until then..They do look quite nice though.
