Trader Joe's beef tenderloin roast

I did a pre-seasoned 1.5# beef tenderloin roast from Trader Joe's last night.  Have to say, it was some of the best beef I've ever had. I seared it first and then brought it to 140 degrees, slightly pink and evenly done.  A very nice Saturday afternoon treat.   Also did cut up baby reds  and corn on the cobb .   Also discovered Kimp's Ace Hardware in Green Bay WI.  (I live in Michigan's U.P.)  They are a BGE gold dealer and have just about everything you can imagine.  I bought a Kick Ash Basket and a couple of other items.   Great place, friendly staff, lots of way to spend money.  .Will be going back soon.
