    These were some of most moist meatballs I've made.  My wife questioned if they were done or not.  But the TP said the lowest temp was 162°.  They will be made again.

    I love the idea, I hope you don't mind if I borrow this for a cook later in the week.  Solid job, and even paired with one of my fav salads!
