Not sure what happened, it cut off the rest of my post. I am thinking indirect with a grate temp of 275 until internal temp of 160. Sound right? Generally speaking, how long will this take?

probably less than an hour. I would go with a lower temp - 200-225.
FWIW, when I have smoked natural casing sausage, the casing gets really tough. Good luck!XLBGE, Small BGE, Homebrew and GuitarsRochester, NY -

@JT_Thomas - I smoke sausage a lot and agree with @Cookinbob. I would set the dome at around 225* and walk away for 20/30 minutes. I have found sausage to be one of the most inconsistent cooks of all. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes indirect at 225* -- sometimes it takes 30/35 minutes. But I suggest you use sight and texture as your guide as opposed to temp. A brown and "meat of the palm" casing is ready. Don't forget to let it rest.....

As promised, here are pics. Cooked indirect at 225, took about 45 minutes. Threw in a pic of my brisket too.
