Loin back ribs using car wash Mike's method

Beautiful rainy day in the ATL so it's a perfect day for a long slow cook. After reading a ton about Car Wash Mike's ribs I decided to give em a go. To date my ribs have been maybe a 6 on a 10 scale. Cant wait to try these. Plus, it's my brother in laws birthday and he is originally from Memphis. I'm anxious for him to try these ribs and compare them to Interstate's ribs. 

Also I had to do some smoked chicken thighs and breasts for swmbo to make her famous smoked tarragon chicken salad for weekly lunches.

    Holy cow. These were by far the best ribs I've ever had. The brother in law said they were great so that's good enough for me. Forgot the oven is dead so had to cook the corn bread on the egg. SWMBO said it was awesome. All in all a good egg day.

    And just for good measure I included a pic of one of the several spots we caught yesterday. Ignore the fat guy holding the fish.
