Quick question, do I need to worry about the chicken juices dripping on the corn making some one sick?
-
Actually the corn will be ready in about 20-30 minutes and the chicken in about an hour. Next time consider cooking the chicken direct on the lower grid and flip the chicken in 30 minutes and then add the corn on the raised grid. Back to your question, the fat that renders from the chicken shouldn't affect your corn on this cook.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
