Korean BBQ at the Neighbors

I meant to post this this last Saturday, but forgot about it. Last Saturday some neighbor friends of ours that we have had over for a lot of meals invited us over for some Korean BBQ and other Asian goodies. The lady of the house fixed everything herself other then sauce for the egg rolls. The food was awesome and we even got to take home leftovers. My 6 year old son loved the ribs. He had 2 helpings. Now I need to do stir fry for them on the Egg to see what they think. XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas Grill

The lady of the house cooked it all and is half Philippino, half German. She said this is hope she was taught to put out food for the family and friends. It blow us away.
It is some kind of thin short rib she marinaded then grilled for a few minutes. We are are going to a Chiefs game with them tonight and I will ask her more about it. I talked with our friends and they said they got the ribs Sam's Club. I guess in the pork section of the meat case. They are already sliced thin. She just marinated them for a while then grilled the real quick on their gas grill.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.
