Short rib sammiches

This is something we made up as we went along and it turned out to be outstanding. We wanted to make something on Ciabiatta bread and I saw these cross cut short ribs at Sam's and couldn't pass them up.
Ribs marinated in a combination of Worcestershire, soy, spices, cooked indirect about 2 1/4 hours, glazed with Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic sauce. Sammies built with sauteed onions, mushrooms, peppers and swiss. Baked on the egg at about 425. Spread some pub style horseradish sauce on the bread.

The side item is just broccoli, tomatoes, parm in balsamic vinaigrette.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thanks all. If you see these at Sams I highly recommend. We ate the bone side of each piece as a app and they were excellent alone.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
