I've never seen it below 2.98

Got your regular price beat, but not that sale. I've never had brisket that I liked, but I've never had any that I didn't cook! Even I would try one more time at that price!

    Walmart Choice in June...

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I saw that price at Kroger. But it was a sale price and will be two years ago September.  =)

I agree Q.  Every single pic, vid, in person shot of brisket I have ever seen or tasted, looked and felt like shoe leather.  Would maybe do another if someone else bought it.  But, then I'd convince them to spend their $ elsewhere, on a better cut. =)

    Prime for $3.99/lb is best I've seen lately......meaning 2015.

It's been years since I bought a brisket for less than $3/lb, more less under $2.  Good snag!

Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Any of this recently?  Looking to pick up a "test" brisket for a trail run before cooking for the outlaws at Christmas.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten!

Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing!

No this wasn't recently. I pulled her out of the freezer to cook this weekend.

You got me beat - but mine was born and raised in USA not just harvested so I paid extra because my cow was spoiled and pampered.

Never have seen packers at the local Kroger. Great score. Costco prime was $3.89/# a few weeks ago. Beef prices definitely on a slow downward trend.
