    Looks good will be awaiting the finish .
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Yep, that is solidly nailed! Congrats on a beauty tri-tip. Certainly one of the most flavorful pieces of meat you'll ever enjoy off a grill. On the off chance you end up with leftovers think about a breakfast burrito tomorrow morning. Probably in my all time top five meals on the planet!

    It was outstanding. 

    Would have are loved a leftover sandwich today but the dog grabbed the remainder off the cutting board and we found him curled up on the kitchen floor licking it. 

    He's never come close to eating human food before so I guess he gave my his Seal of Approval!
