Dang, didn't see this until today. I made fried pulled pork-jalapeno-white cheddar mac n cheese balls on Saturday. Ranch and Carolina gold sauce as dipping options. Wish I took pictures!

Well I guess this is where to enter the throwdown photos. I did chicken and bacon mac n cheese with bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes and 5 cheeses. It was delicious.
