I received my new paella from World Cuisine today. I have to say this is one of those rare occasions where I got more than I expected. This is a very heavy and high quality steel pan. I seasoned it today with onions and garlic the same way I did my woks. I am pumped about cooking in it. It will be next week, but my first paella is coming up!What's the last cookware you got excited about?
