All ready pull after 40 minutes


Served with sauteed Swiss Chard that Jackie made. This is another keeper recipe Great and Spicey!

The rub alone sounds mouthwatering -- did you use the glaze also? Was this all a direct cook, then, flipping often, I'd guess?
