Sunday dinner - low and slow chicken, ABT's, Pig Shots and stuffed mushrooms. Never done a L&S chicken or these Appetizers before so I'm hoping for a good result.
LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.

Thanks guys. @CharleyR it's cream cheese mixed w/ Cheddar Jack, bacon, green onion and chopped mushroom stems. Dr. BBQ's sweet rub and brown sugar sprinkled on top. Chugging away at 225-250 degrees.
