Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Meatloaf & New Boos Board

I picked up a used/new Boos board off Craigslist last week for $40. I couldn't pass it for the price. The board itself looks like it's never been touched. The previous owner went with a smaller Boos board.
I had a craving for meatloaf but wanted to change it up a little. I found a recipe online for buffalo chicken blue cheese meatloaf. I tossed everything together not knowing what to expect. My buddy who is staying with us for the month says, "Holy f@%# what is this? This is good!" I'll take it as a compliment I guess
Next time I'd ad some jalapeños for some extra kick.

Yes, recipe please! You will love the Boos board. We purchased a Boos 5'x3'x2" maple trestle table in 1975 -- $250. It looks as good as the day we purchased it. Wish I had aged as well.....IL

@WeberWho sometimes simple is best. I've already decided - the heck with healthy. I'm substituting homemade breadcrumbs, cream and Maytag Blue Cheese. Thanks again.IL
