I really want to do Beef Jerky. Anyone done this successfully?  What cut of meat? What temp?  Is it even possible on my BGEXL?

    Google "bge forum beef jerky"...you will find plenty. Top round or bottom, I've done it on the large. Not sure about xl.

    I do jerky a lot, my favorite is with flank steak, london broil is second. Hit the search button and you will see my post of how I do it.
