So, I've now had the egg for a week now. I've been cooking on gas for about 10 years now...previously on a Weber with briquettes. We love to makes wings of various styles, this was my first wing cook on the egg...basic style (sprinkled with salt and Organics Steak Seasoning). Turned out great! I would often burn some of the wings on gas trying to get them crispy like the wife likes....these ALL turned out perfect.

You will probably want to throw on a few more than you might usually eat. I hear grass gives you the munchies.....or might have read it somewhere...I can't recall.Jstroke said:They look great. Personally i would love to try wings cooked on "grass".Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
