Next-day butt: To pull or not to pull?

I have a 6.75-pound butt on the LGE that should finish around 3-3:30 p.m. We're taking it to the lake house for dinner tomorrow (had no choice but to cook it today). After FTCing it for a few hours today, would it be better to pull apart the butt today (then refrigerate) or leave it whole and pull tomorrow?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I would pull it today then warm it in a little apple juice when you need it.

Another vote to pull when you feel like it today. Too hard to rewarm a complete butt to pulling temp after the original cook, IMO.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Doesn't matter. Whenever you do pull it, don't pull it when the meat is too hot.

Once you let it cool you won't be able to pull until it you get the internal temp up again so I agree with the others pull it and then reheat.

Absolutely pull today. I wouldn't want to try to heat up a cold butt and then pull. We eat leftover pulled pork all the time. It is almost as good as fresh.

Well, it does take longer to heat a soccer ball sized chunk of meat vs pulled pork in flat packs, so there's that.

On the down side, pulling now is more work now.
