Nothing epic, but I tried the buffalo chicken meatballs last night, used a different rub and added some finely chopped onion in the mix, but everything else else was pretty much to the recipe - oh, I did bacon wrap a few of them. Good recipe, I'll be riffing on this again for appetizers. No finished pic, but you know what cooked bacon looks like.

Tonight I wanted wings, so I put a package of them on with some rub. I wanted to glaze them at the end and cook that in just a bit, so I mixed up a glaze of 3 tbs honey, 1 tbs Sweet Baby Rays, 1 rounded tsp Walkerswood Hot Jerk paste and 1 tsp coconut oil. Really good, hot and sweet.

Looks great, I need to try these buffalo chicken balls I keep seeing on here.
And that glaze combo sounds really good, reminds me of the Hot n Tasty BBQ Jerk sauce from Got Jerk Sauces. I just found these guys (local company) and their stuff is really good.

Thanks @RiverDoc and @DMW those sauces above look really good. I would like to try this one on salmon.
I forgot got to mention the ground chicken was hard to work with, I put them in the freezer for 20 min to firm them before I put them on the grill so they didn't just ooze through the grate.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
Chickens have balls?
the only time I cook wings is when I'm baching it. Views not worth the cling for the boss. Nice cooks.
Edit: climb dammit, not cling. Stupid Apple. -
@Legume , I've never made these. Do you use a binder, crumbs ect to hold together or is that straight chicken, onions and sauce? Thanks for the help-Todd

@RiverDocIt was a cook that @Dyal_SC posted, I think it came from the guy that makes those Caribbean rubs, name escapes me now. Yes, they have Panko and an egg mixed in, meatloaf style. I think they could have taken doubling the Panko, they were pretty dense, even with the addition of the onion.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER
