How 'bout that French Fry receipe? Seasonings??

I leave the skin on. Cut them as evenly as possible. Soak in water for an hour, then rinse thoroughly under cold water. Dry with paper towels. I use a 2qt dutch oven filled with vegetable oil and set it directly on the grill grate. Great the oil to 350°f. Drop the dried fries directly into the oil and cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, then season to taste.THEBuckeye said:

The seasonings in the picture are a beta rub in testing.
I typically use salt, dried parsley and a little hot duck fat. Throw the fries into a large mixing bowl season with salt, parsley and drizzle the duck fat and toss until evenly seasoned.

@Big_Green_Craig where are you getting the duck fat? I'm assuming you have it from cooking ducks but I just wanted to make sure I couldn't buy it.1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC
