@caliking - nope. Mixed EVOO with peppers and pretty heavy sprinkling of Hawaiian black salt, cooked in my wok until blistered, then threw in chopped prosciutto for maybe 45 seconds. Very easy.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.

@Legume I wish I could get the tiny little Padrons like the restaurants can get, but at least I can periodically get these from Central Market. I like Shishitos too.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.

@Black_Badger they are generally mild with a nice almost sweet flavor. Highly recommended if you can find them.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
