    That looks great.  I don't have any padron peppers but I have some shishitos and I have prosciutto, I think I'm gonna make them now.

    Those are one of my favorites...anytime I'm at a good Spanish tapas bar!

    @caliking - nope. Mixed EVOO with peppers and pretty heavy sprinkling of Hawaiian black salt, cooked in my wok until blistered, then threw in chopped prosciutto for maybe 45 seconds. Very easy.

    @Legume I wish I could get the tiny little Padrons like the restaurants can get, but at least I can periodically get these from Central Market. I like Shishitos too.

    @Black_Badger they are generally mild with a nice almost sweet flavor. Highly recommended if you can find them.
