Pizza

Made a couple pizzas today...   These turned out pretty good.   One was a Hawaiian with some home made Canadian bacon i had cured last winter.
One had leftover spatchcock chicken from last nights dinner and some red onion and sausage.
Got the dough from a local Cbus pizza joint called Deweys.  Ran em at about 550 for 8 minutes.
As usual... Pics are out of order

Deweys is running a pizza making class next month that I think I'm signing up for so I can work on my pizza tossing skills.
Thanks for looking!!

    Nice :plus_one:

I'd take that class if I was in the area. I've always been fascinated with pie tossers.
