Thanks boss! I was pretty good overall but some of the cracks weren't that done.  Might could have used a little longer but all meats were at temp and wife was ready to plate.  This was some of the best breast I've ever had, so moist.  I carved out the breast and then pulled the rest of the white meat off the bones.  We killed them!
