Thighs indirect 300 until almost done then pulled. Mushrooms stuffed with parmesan, cilantro, balsamic, yogurt on indirect next until soft then pulled. Plate setter removed, then chicken grilled. Pulled. Mushrooms grilled to dry a little.
Wish i had a little more mark on the chicken. Otherwise excellent all around.
