Pizza on the BGE, using a Pampered Chef GRILL Pizza Pan

We're brand new to our BGE - we've used it only once - and I really want to try pizza on it.  I have a Pampered Chef Pizza Pan for the grill (NOT a stone!), and wonder if anyone has tried using this pan, or anything similar.  I'm thinking I just make sure the plate setter is in place, put the grill grid in place, then put the pizza pan on the grill and let it cook for just a few minutes.  Suggestions??

Pampered Chef doesn't have a good reputation with the egg. The pizza stones will explode under high temps.  I'm not sure about the pan. Is the pan ceramic? I'd keep the temps lower if you use it and it's ceramic. Welcome!

Me and my ignorant self used a Pampered Chef pizza stone.   After 4 cooks, it broke into 3 pieces.

Go to Nakedwhiz.com they even warn about it. It wont take the heat.

I borrowed my mom's 20+ year old Pampered Chef pizza stone and cracked in the egg. Opps. I knew better but couldn't resist!

Use mine all the time. Keep it from the direct heat and keep temps below 500°.

Is the the pan ceramic? If so I would be careful, just because of the reputation of their stones for cracking in the BGE.  Keep the heat moderate as stemc33 suggested
