Sunny Sunday Baby Back ribs,

It has been a long and trying period in my life as I have finally found work that suits both my education, disposition and wanderlust.  I left a promising career as an attorney-Litigator, to be a field landman and oil and gas attorney.  However world politics and market fluctuations have left me mostly unemployed for the past 7 months.  My birthday brought me several bottles of rum, (this was greatly appreciated as I wont spend money on luxuries when not working) and some cash with instructions to have some fun, so I bought some stuff to BBQ.

Baby Back Loin ribs, with Spicy Brown Mustard and Chupacabara Rub.  Central Market Mesquite Lump, and Pecan Chunks for smoke,  Settling the temp at 275.  

Since I surfed some small fun waves, this morning, ( I have already spent 4 hours at the beach this a.m.) I think I will hang out at the pool while they cook.
