Tamales

So I had 2# of pork should saved for this event. My brother and I are making tamales two ways. One with a homemade puya pepper red sauce and another with a hatch green chili salsa. Pork from the egg of course. Will post after pics once we feast after our day of labor. I love tamales being from tx but it's hard to find great ones in tn. Had to make a second batch of masa so we are a little behind.
