I did the pizza's on a PSwoo2 with the extended 16" sliding grid. It really helps get the pie higher up in the dome for a supreme za! Actually, since I've gotten the PSwoo2(about 2 weeks ago) every cook has been at the felt line or higher.
I am seriously enjoying it!

Looks great. I just bought a woo2 also and I am loving it. I think the only time I won't use it is if I want to sear something. I need to get The extender now.
I have some salmon to throw on shortly. I love salmon on the egg and so does the wife. -
We use soaked cedar planks for salmon - truly amazing results.
