We just felt like burgers and the fact we just received our meat csa with beautiful grass Fed ground beef didn't hurt. The wife told me they were the best I've done. Love the egg. Simple night cook but always delicious. With roasted corn covered in garlic and butter. The mayo is for the wife, I'm a mustard only guy with burgers.
