1st brisket

this is the first time I tried to cook a brisket on my new bge. It was a 8.4 pound brisket but as thin because most of the fat was trimmed. I bought it at H-E-B in south tx for those of you wondering. I started the cook at 1a.m  At around 225 dome temperature. I woke up at 10a.m. And the temperature was at 290. I regulated it to around 230. I cooked it until 6:05 and then I wrapped it in foil and let it rest for around 30 minutes, wished I could of let it rest for a longer amount of time but there was hungry people here that were ready to get fed. I would say my first brisket on my bge was a success and here are some pics. Sorry for the writing because it sux to type on a phone!
