A simple, yet satisfying, crispy skin total winner today.
"The Bird" was a free range 5lb er rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird, (appropriately ), and some DP Swamp Venom. 
Cooked raised direct at 400-450F. Skin was fantastic, pulled at 162F at breast, 190's at legs. Moist and perfect smoke flavor. I would welcome a bird invasion, if they looked, and tasted like this.
