Last night was the first time we decided to do stuffed peppers, I continued to see them pop up on here so I thought I would give it a shot, they did not disappoint. We stuffed them with rice, beef, jalapenos, onion and a few spices, other sides were broccoli and potato salad. For the chicken, I let marinate for almost 24 hours in Italian dressing and cooked it direct (as low as I could get the AR) sprinkling with Garlic Powder and Southern Flavor periodically.

Looks Great!

That looks amazing- especially the peppers. Italian dressing marinade for chicken is a classic.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thank you all, it was very good, couldn't even finish that plate as the peppers are very deceiving once stuffed.Birmingham, AL

Nice cook! What was your temperature and how long did you leave the peppers on?

I put everything on at the same time, cooked at about 390-400 for 40 minutes or so, didn't really pay to much attention to time to be honest, just tested the chicken when I thought they were done.Birmingham, AL
