Allegro Hot n Spicy Chicken Legs- 8 day marinade!

Pre cook, after 8 days in the marinade. I forgot about them.....
Here they are going raised direct at 400 degrees on the AR and extender.

Took about 30 -40 minutes to get good and crispy. These were amazing, i bet even the bone tasted great! This is right before they came off for eating.

Those look great! Really need to do the allegro marinade. What's the minimum marinade time you would recommend?

3 days would be the minimum, and i think 5 is best. I didnt mean to do these ones for so long
