Back from a week in Exuma and anxious to egg. Time was a premium today so opted go the SV route and dropped the flank steak in the bath yesterday. A quick sear and we were ready to eat. The wife made the guacamole and veggies. Everything was spot on and made for a quick Friday meal. Pics out of order of course.

Thanks for the comments all! I know SV cooks are sometimes frowned upon here, but I did finish on the egg afterall! LOL. But seriously, it's funny how cooking something for 24 hours in the SV can actually SAVE you time! No problem with the SV; I did flank steak that way recently for fajitas.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti.
