Put the meat in a pot with the juice and place that pot inside another pot that has water in it. Bring the water to a boil, the heat from the water will transfer the other pot with the meat and it won't burn it.I do the alot with frozen bbq, it will taste just like it came off the grill or egg.

I don't know about whole butts but, I always pull, vacuum seal, and reheat in hot water. Try to get those things in a pot of hot water in some kind of ziplock bag. This way of reheating saves all juices and are as good or better than when originally cooked.Lenoir, N.C.

Yeah, I always reheat in a vac bag sous vide after it has been pulled. She has thawed them, I'm wondering how hard they would be to pull apart before actually reheating. Too difficult? In Manchester, TNVol For Life!
