We are pretty stoked about our new Challenger Designs cart built for the mobile Meat Church BBQ Rig. This will definitely help us spread the gospel of Big Green Egg smoked meats. The powder coated logo sign came out bad ass.
Here are some pics from it's maiden voyage at BBQ on the Banks at Lake Tawakoni this past weekend where we took 4th\54. Have a good 4th everyone!

5th place brisket.

3rd place chicken.

Nice rig. The meat in both pictures look like they are sticky. Is that because of the rubs or did you have sauce on them?Large and Small BGECentral, IL

The chicken is sauced and set @saluki2007.
The offset is an El Rey Smokers with an insulated firebox @Jeremiah. We love it.

I was going to say that looks like an El Rey stick burner.

That's a sweet setup. I'm looking at retiring near Rockwall, so the Lake Tawakoni event sounds interesting. I hope it's more than a flash in the pan. And ditto on the great looking brisket and chicken.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
