So a friend of mine posted this on Facebook and my mouth instantly watered. Has anyone tried these or attempted these. I'm extremely intrigued and debating on attempting.

Wouldn't that be the same thing as a bone in pork chop, but without most of the loin attached? If so, I eat those all the time.... Just with more meat.

Im curious if they smoked them first then deep fried them. That bite looks pretty legit.

I think smoking them first would make a huge difference in how they turn out.

There's a place in Austin that chicken-fries beef ribs, pork chops and NY strip steaks. Sometimes at their Sunday brunch they have chicken-fried pork tenderloin or beef tenderloin. Crazy good.

Those ribs look fantastic.

There is a place outside of Austin that chicken fries bacon with gravy for dipping too. I meant to stop there after my cousins wedding but time wasn't on my side.
