    Looks good. Do you always cook them with the legs pulled back over the wings or, is that just because you needed to fit two. I always do mine like this.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
