After trolling on this site for about a year and using the search, I never had a need to really post and ask question. I didn't want to be that guy asking redundant questions. Anyways, I broke my plate setter on my last rib smoke and have been researching replacement options. After several searches I decided on the large AR customer combo because it probably more than I need and will do everything I want. Thanks guys!
