Saw this recipe posted by Big Green Craig and decided that cooking for the family would be the best Fathers Day gift. These turned out spectacular! The grilled asparagus and corn were good too.
Also did some chops with just Italian dressing and some secret seasoning for those that can't stand the heat! This is the best cook I've done in the BGE in months. Can't wait to do it again!

Biggreencraig.com. It was pretty easy. EVOO, salt and pepper on the chops, baste with butter and hot sauce, then top with blue cheese.

I just looked this up...looks great.scooter209 said:Biggreencraig.com. It was pretty easy. EVOO, salt and pepper on the chops, baste with butter and hot sauce, then top with blue cheese.
As a side note...it appears that the pics of the recipe in progress indicate that this was made on a gasser and not an egg. Huh.North Pittsburgh, PA

Yes, it was cooked on a gasser. I use a stove, an oven and even a microwave sometimes too!chadpsualum said:

My Eggs were broken down due to a move. The ceramics were at the new house, but I didn't have a single daisy wheel. I had to use what was available. -
