Ok last time I'm asking..gonna pull trigger on either CGW 2 tier or CGS rack... for XL. I need capacity AND EASE..flipping wings on the CGS looks like it'll be a PITA...hence the swing consideration,,,,,plus love the STEEL...

I will be have an annual cook with butts and am also curious as to swing capacity

I would much rather be able to say I was glad I did than wished I had........

Look at the "whole lotta chicken" video on ceramicgrillstore.com. I thought for a while on the two options and went with adjustable rig. So glad I did. I think it is a better product, better customer service, and you will get the product in less than a year unlike CGW

for the wings, get a fry basket, this was 20 something wings cutup and cooked on a mini. theres a long thread somewhere about cgw, not much good to say about them and their swing rack.

For an every once in a while cook fire bricks and a 22.5" weber grid works for capacity....

@Ozzie_Isaac, looks like you had room maybe for one more.  WOW 5 is still impressive.  I have only done one large brisket and 2 butts at one time.  If I need more room I have my WSM, but I want the AR/Woo2 combo.

@Ladeback69 there is actually 6 on there.  4 on bottom level.  The tops were done a few hours before the bottoms.  Next time I will rotate.

I have a WSM too, but kind of wanted to see just how much I could do.  If I remember correctly pre-cooked weight was a little over 50 lbs.

Go CGS no matter what. There are ways to flip wings using his products that are allot easier than flipping the product from the other company into something long lasting and worthwhile.
