My first go at Salmon

My first go at Salmon came out great. Very moist and done to my likeness. 375-400 for 23 minutes.

Looks great! I'm thinking of cooking some copper river salmon while it's available. Just hope I don't mess it up. At $27ish per pound, I want to do my research before I cook.BGE novice...A Southern Belle living in Seattle.
