3rd cook: pork chops

Here is my third cook on my LBGE: Just over 1" thick bone-in center cut pork chops. Quick rub then cooked direct at 450 deg. 3 minutes per side then 2 minutes with damper & draft door closed.
I'm a long way from being competent with the Egg but I am ready to say, "Weber who?"
