Was originally going to do steak and potatoes until the wife said she wanted fajitas. Guess what we had for dinner. Steaks seasoned with Aunt Jane's mixed up salt and chili powder. Peppers, onions, and mushrooms seasoned with fajita seasoning, cilantro, and lime juice. Steak cooked to 150IT. this is the first time that I also grilled the tortillas it it won't be the last. 
XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!

@maso I just got tortillas off the shelf and threw them on the grill for a couple of minutes on each side. I shut down the bottom vent and grilled them with the lid open.
