    Mine went out today as well.

    I also sent a note to the anon who picked me regarding upcoming travel where I won't be home to exploit the goods and express my appreciation, but can have a neighbor pick it up off my doorstep.  Probably a good reminder for others as a lot of folks take vacation the week of the 4th which is when a lot of these packages may be arriving since the 4th is a Saturday this year.

    Looking forward to even more excuses to grill!  =)   There are going to be a lot of them...I mean, i have to take into account not only the new items I'll receive, but also all the doubles I bought when shopping for items.  :s

    Tracking says mine won't arrive until Wednesday, seems slow for what it cost. Oh well, hope it at least arrives un-damaged.

    Good Intentions Foiled!

    This is only a gripe.  I have to gripe to someone who will understand my frustration...  :)

    Packed my box up Wednesday night.  Labeled it, and brought it in to work with me Thursday morning.  Could have brought it anywhere but since the trucks come in daily, the guys make sure it gets out.

    They said "no problem" but would have to take it to another facility since fedex doesn't come here.  I asked if it was a problem as I didn't mind dropping it off, "no problem at all," was the response....

    End of the day, I stop down to check on it because it hasn't been picked up by fedex yet according to my tracker.  I'm told things are okay.   Friday morning, FedEx still has no record of it.  Through a lot of calls, stops and "don't worry about it" I finally get to the bottom of it.  They just left it for FedEx and figured the guys would pick it up.  But they don't know that FedEx Express doesn't pick up Ground packages, and they don't have Ground coming by.  Fuuuuuuuck....  :anguished:

    So, I get it back from them Friday night, and the the box that was carefully packed Wednesday is now at Fedex, but won't get picked up by a truck until end of day Monday...when it was originally supposed to be delivered!   Oh well...at least sauce doesn't spoil! :tired_face:  :coffee:

    I can't mail mine until Tuesday or Wednesday. I've got the stuff ready though. I hope my little buddy likes Kentucky Bourbon           sauces !

    Mine went out today. Very excited to be participating and grateful to @cazzy for organizing and herding the cats to the finish line.

    The staff at the UPS shop were a combo of impressed/amused/envious. "So people just send sauce and rubs to people they don't know?!?!"  "Yup -- it's that kind of community!"

    Very cool.
