Ribeye for 1

Just a quick ribeye for dinner. Wife was supposed to be working late, so I was a little shocked when I walked through the door and she was home, and she was shocked at me carrying just 1 ribeye haha. Have done the TREX and direct grill methods, never done a reverse sear. Steak was probably thin enough to do direct, it was just under 1.5", but i like trying new things. Indirect at 350 until 115. Cranked it up to 600 and used the Woo for the sear.

Good looking ribeye.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada -
@QingEsq Thank you. I used Meat Church Holy Cow. First time I've used it and it was really good, very peppery, but let the meat flavor shine which made it perfect for a steakXL, Medium BGE & Blackstone I XAR-Woo2 & Rig-BO I Flameboss 500St. Louis, MO

It looks great. So...did you share with your wife or did you make her a hot dog?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Lol, I asked her if she wanted me to run and grab her one, but she said no. She did have to taste test a few bites though.SmokeyPitt said:It looks great. So...did you share with your wife or did you make her a hot dog?XL, Medium BGE & Blackstone I XAR-Woo2 & Rig-BO I Flameboss 500St. Louis, MO -
