As a follow up to a couple of other grilling questions has anyone ever tried reverse sear on chicken legs, thighs, or breasts? Maybe wings? Seems to be a good way to cook and maybe have the added bonus of crisping up the skin at end. Same for pork chops. Just wunderin'

I have with chicken because my wife likes meat crispy like that. I did it with thighs and I liked it.

I always do it for thick cut pork chops, and just did it with some bone in/skin on chicken breasts this weekend, and they turned out really well.
